  1. Thanks for this — I’ve never really considered taking a pre- or probiotic supplement for performance. However, this post has definitely made me reconsider. I often get ‘runner’s trots’ during a long run, so hopefully adding in prebiotic and probiotic supplements will help me manage some uncomfortable runs (and hopefully they’ll even become a thing of the past!).
